If you or someone you know is working with a Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) counselor and is interested in career training this referral form is your first step forward.

 

We work hand-in-hand with Florida Vocational Rehabilitation to connect individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment to industry-recognized training programs.

• Individuals currently receiving services through Florida Vocational Rehabilitation

• VR Counselors referring clients for vocational training

• Case managers, advocates, or family members assisting with career development planning
